Join the Elite Beach Club in Spokane/CDA area! We have been traveling for 5 years for beach volleyball.  Our experience is to your benefit. Join the club that gets your player in front of college coaches as much as possible.  Our coaches are current on what training is required to make your player successful and noticed!  The player as a whole person is important to us, and our coaches guide players with positive reinforcement and learning moments.

Our record speaks for itself, we have had 7 college sand commits in the last 6 months.  Playing sand in college is obtainable and possible at all levels.  Our coaches and directors are constantly networking to create opportunities for our players.  Colleges reach out to us constantly for leads on new players.  

Elite groups are girls age groups U12 - U18 and tryout based.  Our Elite Squad Tryout Date TBD.  Check social media for announcements.  If you are not sure you will make the elite squads, then make sure to register for  a spot in competitive.  If you do make elite your deposit will be used towards the squad you make.

USAV membership must be current.  Players do not have to have a partner.  You are NOT required to travel!!!! Coaches will make pairs for each tournament from the players that are available to travel.  Partners may vary from tournament to tournament.  We know from experience that you grow and learn much faster as a partner if you don't play with the same partner every time.  You will have an opportunity to sign up for extra tournaments (outside the elite squad schedule) and choose your own partner.

Practice Times:

U12 Elite - T/TH - 4-6pm

Elite Groups will practice on T/TH.  It will either be from 4-6 or 6-8.  Time is TBD based on court space and coaches.

We have MANY players who are still doing indoor at the start of the season.  Coaches are flexible for those players that need to leave practice early or miss some.

Elite Membership:

• Club Gear included (T-shirt, Tank Top and Sticker) 

• Slunks Gear will be required for ages 13-18.  $55 includes Slunks shorts.  Bras are optional for an additional $45

• Opportunities such as Kōkua hosted college showcase, travel to Nationals in California, and clinics with college coaches and AVP Pros

• College Coach Clinics in Spokane

• Small group ratio​ (10 players to 1 coach or less)​

• Cost $325 every 4 weeks for practices (U12 is $250).  Practices are three times a week for 2 hours each. (Why 3 practices a week? We have been traveling for 5 years for beach, and we know that our players need to hit the sand as much as possible during warm months to stay competitive in other states)

• After nationals (in July) we will switch to 2 practices a week, during that time your fees will only be $250 a month

• Practices will start at the beginning of May and end 2nd week of August. 

• Middle school age elite players will have an opportunity to continue into September.

• Priority registration for Kōkua Beach Clinics and Tournaments. 

• $5 off each Kōkua Tourney you play in (Except BVCA in May)

• Coaching from Kōkua coach during all Elite Squad Scheduled tournaments

• Memberships are required for each governing body we play in

• Elite squads will participate in 5-6 tournaments.  Not all are required, but we ask for atleast 2 travel and 2 local.

  • 2-3 of those tournaments will be local 

  • 2 of those tournaments will be travel, as allowed

  • ​Registration fees for tournaments are not included.  Average $35-100 a player

  • Travel could include places like Chelan, Tri-Cities, Alki Beach in Seattle, CA or AZ

• All Players on Elite Squads will split the cost of coach travel for tournaments they attend.  Players will be responsible for their own travel costs.

• Nationals attendees will be decided by coaches and tryouts.
